Things To Do
Apart from relaxing here at Middle Farm Cottages, there are many activities and attractions available for you.
There are plenty of walking routes in the location, in areas of scenic natural beauty. There is also a fishing spot a few minutes walk from Middle Farm.
We have a selection of bicycles that you can borrow for your stay, so that you can discover where the many local lanes lead, please bring your own cycling helmets as we cannot supply these. Whilst every effort to keep the bicycles maintained, using them is at your own risk.
There are local riding stables. We also have 3 stables that can be used during the warmer months if you wish to bring your own horses, to ride the many bridleways in the surrounding area, or if you wish to compete in local competitions. Please contact us for more information.
Within the local area there are lots of "proper country pubs", serving excellent food. There are also award winning restaurants within driving distance. We can recommend some of our favourites to you upon arrival.
